Production & Shipping

Q: How long does production take?
A: Most orders take 1–2 business days to produce.
Exception: Laser-cut personalized metal arts may take 5–10 business days.

Q: It’s been more than 2 days and my order hasn’t shipped. Why?
A: Our team of moms takes weekends off for family time. If you ordered on a Friday past 3 PM EST or on Saturday, expect your order to ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery times:

  • US: 3–5 business days (90% of packages arrive earlier)
  • Canada, UK & EU: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Order Changes & Cancellations

Q: I made a mistake with my order info. How do I correct it?
A: Email us at support@messageingift.com within 3 hours of placing your order. After your order ships, we cannot make changes.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Due to our fast processing, cancellations are only possible within 3 hours after placing an order. Email us at support@messageingift.com or send a message on the site.

Q: I tried to call +1 (727) 456-9962 but can’t get through.
A: Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST. For assistance outside office hours, email support@messageingift.com and we’ll respond within 12 hours.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Q: How do I track my package?
A: After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the status on our Order Tracking Page.

Q: My order is marked delivered but I haven’t received it.
A: Please try the following:

  1. Double-check your mailbox.
  2. Some orders are delivered 1–2 days after the scheduled date—please be patient.
  3. Call your local post office with your tracking number for a detailed report.
